Bag Care DO NOT DRY CLEAN OR MACHINE WASH ANY BAGS.  THIS WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.  To wash bags, we recommend cleaning with warm soapy water and a light brush.  Rinse with cold water and let air dry.  Machine washing will destroy the foam inside of the laptop compartment and the shoulder straps.  Spray cleaner such as Windex also works well, but we recommend testing in a small area first as certain stains may run.    For plastic hardware that may squeek over time, candle wax or even a waxy lipbalm like Chapstick works great.  Plastics are impregnated with lubricants during the manufacturing process, but over time they may wear down and lose lubrication.  For metal hardware that may need lubrication over time, we recommend a light lubricant like WD40.
