Returns We apologize if you are not happy with your BBP Bag.  Let us know your feedback at feedback@bbpbags.com Note:  The return policy posted here is only for products purchased on the BBP website.  If you purchased a BBP product from another retailer, then you must follow their return policy. Clearance items can only be returned for credit.  If you want to return your order, you can do so within 30 days of your order except for clearance items.   Returns must be absolutely unused and in perfect condition to be resold.   If you have a possible product defect, please contact us at warranty@bbpbags.com and we'll do our best to resolve it quickly.  For refunds, your credit card will be credited in about 2 weeks upon receipt of the returned product. We refund the price of the bag, but not the shipping cost. For example, if the bag price is $100 and the expedited shipping is $20, then we would refund $100.   For orders that receive free ground shipping, returns will be minus a 10% restocking fee, but we will give you a credit for that fee towards a future purchase.  Credit card returns can only be refunded to the original card used and similarly for paypal payments. Expenses for shipping the merchandise back are paid by the customer, unless the reason for exchange or return is due to an error by us (i.e. wrong item/color). 1.
