Shipping and Ordering FAQ We try our best to ship your BBP order as quickly as possible through our state of the art fulfillment center.  See below if you have any questions or write us at customerservice@bbpbags.com How much is shipping and handling? Depends on where you live.  Just add items to your cart and you'll see estimated shipping and handling charges. During checkout, we'll use your address to calculate the exact charges. When will my order ship? All order information is transmitted to our warehouse at 12PM EST every day.  Our warehouse typically then fills most orders that day (M-F) or the following business day.   Will I get a tracking email? Yes, every evening around 7PM EST, our systems send out tracking emails to all customers who's orders were shipped. What if I want to change my order after it's been placed? Because orders usually ship within 1 business day, contact customer service ASAP if you need to adjust your order.  Email customerservice@bbpbags.com with your order number, full name, and the changes you would like.  Please make sure that "CHANGE ORDER" is in the subject line. If the order was already shipped, then unfortunately you'll have to return it to us after you receive it and our returns policy would apply.  We know it's a bummer, but we automated our order fulfillment so you get your bags ASAP. When will I get my bag delivered? Depends on what shipping priority you choose.  DOMESTIC USPS First Class is usually 3-5 business days Mon-Fri. USPS Priority is usually 2-3 business days Mon-Sat. Fedex Ground is usually 3-5 business days Mon-Fri. Fedex Home Delivery is 3-5 days, but they deliver Tues-Sat. Fedex Overnight is overnight, but only Mon-Fri (Ask us if you need Sat overnight delivery). What methods of payment do you accept? We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  Sorry, but no personal checks, cash, money order, or COD. Do you ship internationally? Yes!  Please see this page How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking number when your order is actually shipped.  You can go to USPS.com or fedex.com then to track your order.  What if USPS or Fedex doesn’t deliver my package? Please contact us and we’ll try our best to file a claim.  Fedex is generally pretty good about claims.  Please understand that we rely our on the shipping companies so do not get upset at us if they have issues delivering your order.  Where is the warehouse and why is it there? Our state of the art order fulfillment center is located in Houston, Texas.  We chose Texas because it's centrally located to get orders out quickly to the entire country.  Fair is fair.  We didn't want to be so exclusive that only north east folks get their orders quickly.  Even with ground shipping, you'll get your order within a few days shipping wherever you are.
