BBP Limited WarrantyBBP warrants to the original purchaser that our products are free from defect in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper care or alteration, or the natural wear and tear breakdown of materials that may occur after extended use of the product. Zippers on bags in general are not covered unless it was a recent purchase and it is clear it was defective. It also excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss. If the product is found to be defective, BBP's only obligation and the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy are the repair or replacement of the BBP product. BBP shall have no liability or responsibility to the purchaser or any other person for any special, incidental or consequential losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the product.The product MUST be purchased from an authorized reseller for warranty coverage. Reburbished, used, or slightly damaged merchandise sold by a reseller will not be covered. All returns must be sent to BBP at the purchaser's expense. Except for the express warranty stated above, BBP makes no other warranties with respect to the product, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Within 5-10 business days of receipt, we will process the warranty return and contact you regarding what we can do. If it can be repaired, then it can take as little as 1-2 business days, but we will definitely advise.
